By air from Rome
From Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino Rome)

From Fiumicino Rome, flight to San Francesco d’Assisi Regional Airport (approximately 20 minutes).
Otherwise it is possible to reach Assisi by a private bus line (www.sulga.it), with drop off in Piazza San Pietro, a few minutes on foot from the hotel: go uphill in the direction of the Basilica of St. Francis, past the city gate turn left into Via Frate Elia, we are situated halfway up the street on the right.
As an alternative, there is a shuttle train from Fiumicino airport to the Rome Termini station where there are frequent trains to Assisi– Santa Maria degli Angeli. From the train station you can take the C Line bus to Piazza San Pietro or a cab directly to the hotel. A taxi can be reserved upon request.
By air from Perugia

From the international airport of Umbria “San Francesco D’Assisi” you can take a cab.

FROM ROME
Rome Termini station to Assisi– Santa Maria degli Angeli. From the train station you can take the C Line bus to Piazza San Pietro or a cab directly to the hotel. A taxi can be reserved upon request.

Santa Maria Novella station Florence to Assisi - Santa Maria degli Angeli. From the train station you can take the C Line bus to Piazza San Pietro or a cab directly to the hotel. A taxi can be reserved upon request..

FROM THE NORTH
Route A1 MILAN-ROME
Take the Valdichiana exit onto Route E45 and follow the indications for Perugia. Past Perugia (do not exit from the highway) proceed in the direction of Assisi – Foligno. Take the Santa Maria degli Angeli Nord exit, follow the indications for the centre of Assisi, at Assisi take the first left to the Basilica of St. Francis and the Giovanni Paolo II parking garage (parcheggio). You can park directly or drive up to the hotel to unload your luggage and bring the car back down later. To reach the hotel from Piazza San Pietro (where the Giovanni Paolo II parking garage is situated ) head in the direction of the Basilica of St. Francis, past the city gate turn left into Via Frate Elia: Hotel Sorella Luna is halfway up the road on the right.

Route A1 ROME-MILAN
